<b>Rory Steyn</b>

Rory Steyn

CEO Africa
Rory is recognized as highly experienced and independent leader, with extensive experience in security and personal protections. Prior to establishing NSA Global Security Consultants as CEO of Africa Operations, Rory served as a Lieutenant-Colonel in the South African Police Service where he specialised in various fields of expertise, including investigations, intelligence, VIP protection and bomb disposal. In 1996, Rory was appointed as a Team Leader of former President Mandela’s personal protection team, looking after operations on both a national and international level. Rory is an internationally recognised security specialist, speaker, commentator and regularly presents papers at conferences around the world.
<b>Bob Nicholls</b>

CEO India and The Middle East
With extensive experience in the highly specialised personal protection arena, Bob uses his strong relationship-building, collaboration and leadership expertise to create security solutions that deliver programme efficiencies and customer satisfaction. Bob was appointed as the first civilian consultant to the South African Police Service in 1994, during the restructuring of its VIP Protection Unit and is regarded internationally as a specialist in training, planning, management and the provision of turnkey specialist protection services. A terrorist attack on the Taj Mahal Palace hotel in Mumbai in 2008 resulted in Bob co-ordinating and implementing the highly publicised rescue of 150 civilians. The success of NSA is built on the passion, experience and expertise of its founding members.

Jai joined NSA Global Security Consultants as a shareholder and financial director in 2003. With a sound financial background, Jai boasts more than 30 years of experience in international strategy and financial management, thus complementing the company’s security and protection offering.

Manager Group Finance
Michelle joined NSA Global Security Consultants in 2008, bringing with her 18 years of financial experience. As Group Finance Manager, she has become an integral and essential member of the NSA Management Team. Michelle and her team maintain a seamless financial system that provides invaluable support to the NSA Group, both locally and internationally.

Head of Operations
Gareth is a qualified physical security and risk management specialist with extensive experience in high-risk security operations conducted globally. Having worked in multiple countries across the African continent over the last 10 years, Gareth has developed a comprehensive understanding of the cultural and geo-political factors that combine to create a set of risks unique to this part of the world. Gareth specializes in the design, implementation and management of physical protection programs and enterprise-wide risk mitigation.
